Life in today's world might often spotlight negative news, making it easy for the days to feel heavy. However, that's not the case for Crystal and Steven D. and their family from Lakeview Terrace, who continue to embrace small acts of kindness and community since moving to the property in 2019. Wherever a helping hand is needed around their community, they can be found giving back to their neighbors by sweeping halls and common areas, picking up garbage, and welcoming new residents. A recent plumbing incident occurred during weekend hours, causing a significant water leak, and Steven was the first one on scene to address the problem until maintenance was able to arrive. Their children are always making friends with new residents’ kids, making them feel welcome and more at home. They’ve each gone to lengths to maintain a sense of unity and selflessness among neighbors, and we at Resident Rewards are so proud to recognize Crystal, Steven, and family as our 2024 Residents of the Year! La vida actual suele centrarnos en las noticias negativas, lo que hace que los días se sientan pesados. Sin embargo, ese no es el caso de Crystal y Steven D. y su familia, en la comunidad de Lakeview Terrace, quienes siguen apoyando pequeños actos de bondad y solidaridad desde que se mudaron a la comunidad en el año 2019. Dondequiera que se necesite ayuda, se les puede encontrar ayudando a sus vecinos, barriendo pasillos y áreas comunes, recogiendo basura, y dando la bienvenida a los nuevos residentes. Un incidente de plomería reciente ocurrió durante el fin de semana, causando una fuga de agua significante, y Steven fue el primero en llegar para solucionar el problema hasta que llegó el personal de mantenimiento. Sus hijos siempre se hacen amigos de los hijos de los nuevos residentes, haciéndolos sentir bienvenidos y más como en casa. Cada uno de ellos se ha esforzado por mantener un sentido de unidad y altruismo entre los vecinos, y en Resident Rewards estamos muy orgullosos de reconocer a Crystal, Steven y su familia como nuestros Residentes del Año 2024. ¡Felicidades!
